Reavis High School's facilities are available to the public to rent during select times. An approved building use/rental application is necessary for non-Reavis organizations to use indoor or outdoor spaces at Reavis High School. Applications are reviewed to ensure availability and to identify required documentation and fees. Only completed applications with all required documentation will be processed. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please allow up to (30) days for applications to be processed. Rental dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited due to the high level of school activities in the venues. First priority for facility usage will be for Reavis events. Reavis reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any rentals within 24 hours of the rental time. No individual or organization may use Reavis facilities without an approved application, payment of applicable fees, and submission of all required information and documents.
