Welcome back, Rams:
We welcomed all new and returning families back to in-person learning, and we could not be happier with the start of the year. Safety is our number one priority, and we continue to implement mitigation strategies to support in-person learning. The most important things you and your student(s) can do to support our efforts include:
Welcome Back Reavis Students & Families:
We are so excited to welcome our students back for an exciting and “back to normal” school year this fall. I think we can all agree that last year was one of the most unique, unprecedented, and challenging years anyone has ever experienced. With our first day just 2 weeks away, I know everyone has been anxiously waiting to hear about what will be the same and what will be different as we get students back in the building for 100% in-person instruction.
Reavis Students & Families:
It is with great pride that I welcome you all back to Reavis for the second semester of the 2020/21 school year. I think I speak for the entire Reavis Community when I say, "Thank goodness 2020 is OVER!" It has been a trying and uncertain 10 months, with many ups and downs, but because we stuck together, worked as a community, and always did right by our students, families, faculty, and staff members, we made it through the first semester as successful as any high school in the state of Illinois.
Parents/Guardians/Students:
We must continue to stay diligent in our efforts to stay safe. We continue to encourage the Reavis community to wear a mask, social distance, and wash hands. These controllable behaviors can help reduce the spread of the virus. As you know, after careful consideration we have made the decision to stay in remote learning until the end of the semester.
Dear Parents/Guardians:
Communicating with parents is a high priority for Reavis staff members. Unfortunately, we will not be hosting our traditional Parent-Teacher conference night. Instead, we encourage parents to contact us:
