Reavis High School Career Day is just a few weeks away. The day is a success because of the fantastic speakers that come and talk with our students. We are looking for guest speakers to share firsthand experiences with our juniors and seniors. Career Day will take place at Reavis High School on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 beginning at 8:00am and ending at 12:00pm. Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided before and after the presentations.
The goal of this day is to educate students about careers which interest them from a primary source. This is a great opportunity for our students to learn the about the education, skills, daily routines and behind the scene efforts which are required for specific careers. By participating in Career Day you can help Reavis students make more informed and knowledgeable career choices for their future.
The Career Day format will consist of juniors and seniors attending three, thirty-five minute sessions. The audience size will be approximately 20 students during each session. As a representative you will present your presentation three times to different groups of students. Our goal is to have approximately 45 representatives presenting at Career Day. To R.S.V.P. or for additional information please contact Jim Ward at (708) 599-7200 ext. 212 or email at JWard@d220.org.
