Lead Testing Statement

As of January 1, 2017, the State of Illinois requires that all public and private schools with students enrolled in grades preschool through fifth grade sample all sources of drinking water for lead and post the results by December 2017. All schools constructed before 1987 are required to be tested this year, buildings between 1986 and 2000 must be tested in 2018.  Reavis High School District #220 believes all of its students deserve a healthy learning environment, and we have completed the mandated testing. The testing was completed on November 2, 2017.

Inspire and World Languages clubs

The Inspire and World Languages clubs volunteered at a homeless shelter in Oak Lawn where they delivered gift bags and donations (generously donated by the Reavis community), set up beds, organized clothing donations, and sang holiday songs for the guests.

We are incredibly proud of our students who went there and to the entire community for being so generous this holiday season!

Thank You, Ambassadors!

The Ambassadors would like to thank all of our entire Reavis community for coming together and donating for over 47 families (125 children) – for our Holiday Toy Drive benefitting the Burbank Food Pantry (Our Saviors Lutheran Church).  We are overwhelmed with Holiday Spirit!
