The top high school broadcasters in the nation converged on North Central College on Saturday, November 10th for the annual John Drury High School Radio Awards. Reavis High School was well represented with Wrhs radio capturing 3rd Place in the overall Best High School Radio Station Category. The Reavis Audio Theatre Specialists consisting of: Jonathan Morsovillo, Jodie Holtry, Sara Witasik, Nick Sanchez, Jeziel Vargas, Holly Melendy, Sara Sokolowski, and 2012 Alumni: Rebecca Herman, Tyler Dean, Ian Tupas, Richard Shepherd, Matt Swiec, Bill Henson, Kim Placzkowski won both 2nd and 3rd Place for Acts II and III in their live adaptation of "It's A Wonderful Life". The Audio Theatre Specialists also claimed 3rd Place in the Audio Drama Original category with their story entitled "Grimm's Stories Anonymous".
