Reavis High School is pleased to announce the new group of Reavis faculty members who have achieved National Board Certification. This group is unique in that the process now allows a candidate to submit work over multiple years, and they are the first to certify under the revised system.
Graphic Design Student A. Correa (Senior) won the Logo Design Contest held by Prairie Trails Library! His logo is featured on their website and promotional materials.
As of January 1, 2017, the State of Illinois requires that all public and private schools with students enrolled in grades preschool through fifth grade sample all sources of drinking water for lead and post the results by December 2017.
The Inspire and World Languages clubs volunteered at a homeless shelter in Oak Lawn where they delivered gift bags and donations (generously donated by the Reavis community), set up beds, organized clothing donations, and sang holiday songs for the guests.
The Ambassadors would like to thank all of our entire Reavis community for coming together and donating for over 47 families (125 children) – for our Holiday Toy Drive benefitting the Burbank Food Pantry (Our Saviors Lutheran Church). We are overwhelmed with Holiday Spirit!
We want to take a moment to invite students to participate in our annual Exam Cram in the Library from 2:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017 to prepare for Tuesday’s exams.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Senior Paulina Przygonska for being selected as a Questbridge scholarship winner. Paulina will be receiving a FULL FOUR YEAR scholarship to PRINCETON UNIVERSITY.
