Capital Improvement Projects Initiative

Reavis High School has always been the bedrock foundation of the Burbank and Stickney Township community.  As Superintendent of this great school, I could not be more proud of our students, faculty, and staff.  Everyone at Reavis has a shared vision of "Promoting a Student-Centered Environment."

The words written by William Claude Reavis almost 70 years ago, "The investment made by the State and the District in your education will be amply justified if, as a result, you leave behind a school record of diligence in work and study, of good sportsmanship in interscholastic contests, and of earnest participation in school activities..." still ring true today.  Reavis is as strong, if not stronger, than it was when it opened its doors in 1959.  The vast improvements and upgrades we have made to our academic programs and facilities over the last 10 years have established Reavis as one of the premier high schools throughout the state of Illinois.  There is always room to grow, but we are in a position to have great success over the next decade.

It is a privilege to serve this outstanding institution and community.  You have my promise that we will constantly attempt to improve each and every day.  As always, we continue to reflect upon and honor the fine traditions of Reavis High School and work diligently to create the best experience for the students who walk through our hallways today.  There is no high school experience like the one you get as a Reavis Ram.  As our motto states, Once a Ram, Always a Ram!
